Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

• All international sales are final
• The customer has a 7-day review period upon receipt. No returns are accepted beyond this period unless stated otherwise or approved by Sonic Angel Guitars.
• No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. Contact info@sonicangelguitars.com for a Return Authorization Number.
• Once receiving a Return Authorization Number, the customer has 7 days to ship the
  instrument to Sonic Angel. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  
• Returned instruments must be in original condition. Upon receipt, the instrument will be inspected by a Sonic Angel tech to assess its condition. The customer will pay for any necessary repairs not covered by the warranty.
• A refund for any reason will be processed less a 10% restocking fee, plus all handling and freight charges.
